Welcome to CrafTea Details Photo Booth & Crafts (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our site, booking our services, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

CrafTea Details provides photo booth rentals, event add-ons (such as props, backdrops, and memory books), and handmade or customized event products. Each booking or purchase is subject to availability and confirmed only after payment of a deposit or full amount, as specified in your invoice or proposal.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.
Remaining balances are due no later than 24 hours before your event unless otherwise stated.
Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Accepted payments are processed securely through approved platforms (e.g., Dubsado, Wix Payments, or Stripe).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once your date is secured.
Cancellations made within [X] days of the event may be subject to additional fees.
Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and must be confirmed in writing.

4. Event Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing suitable access, space, and power outlets for setup.
Ensuring guest behavior does not damage photo booth equipment or props.
Covering any repair or replacement costs for damaged equipment during the rental period.

5. Photo Usage & Media Rights

By participating in or hosting a CrafTea Details photo booth experience, you grant us permission to use event photos and videos for marketing or promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.) unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your event.

6. Delivery of Products

Custom products (such as crafts, props, or memory books) are handmade and may vary slightly from digital mockups. Production and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

Copy or reproduce any content or images from our website without written permission.
Submit false information or misuse our contact and inquiry forms.
Attempt to interfere with site functionality or data security.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

CrafTea Details is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, equipment, or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrafTea Details and its team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your event, misuse of equipment, or breach of these Terms.
