Refund Policy

At CrafTea Details Photo Booth & Crafts, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer fair and transparent options while ensuring that each client’s event date, preparation, and materials are properly reserved and planned for.
By booking or purchasing with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

The deposit covers the time spent preparing event materials, reserving equipment, and turning away other clients for your time slot.

Your date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Final Payments
-
Remaining balances are due no later than 24 hours before your event, unless otherwise specified in your invoice or contract.

If the final balance is not received by the due date, the booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or text.

Because each booking involves time and material preparation, cancellations are subject to the following:

More than 30 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable; any additional payments may be refunded.

15–30 days before event: 50% of total invoice is due.

4. Reschedules

We allow one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability, if the request is made at least 14 days before the event.

Dates changed less than 14 days before the event may incur a $50 reschedule fee.

Rescheduled events must occur within 90 days of the original event date.
5. No-Shows or Late Starts

If our team arrives and is unable to begin setup or operate the booth due to venue restrictions, lack of access, or no contact from the client within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the event will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
6. Equipment Protection
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, dry, and level space for setup.

Any intentional damage to photo booth equipment or props during the event may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.

In case of technical issues caused by our equipment or staff error, we will work promptly to correct the issue or provide a fair partial refund if significant booth time is lost.
7. Custom Orders & Crafts

Custom products (such as props, memory books, or vinyl crafts) are non-refundable once production has started.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review and offer a replacement or credit.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control (such as natural disasters, illness, or venue closure), we will make every effort to reschedule your event. If rescheduling is not possible, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
